西宮北口駅1分、絶品の炭火焼き鳥がいただけるぢどり亭。
こちらは創業者が九州で地鶏の飼育をしていたところ、何か商売をすることが出来ないかと鶏肉をさばいて は肉の旨みを引き出す秘伝のタレを研究し、都城に焼き鳥屋を出店したところがルーツ。 そして、時を経て関西へ進出、その第一歩は大阪府堺市のビルに囲まれた駐車場の一角に開いた7坪の小さなお店からだったそうです。

名物の「もも炭火焼き」は、若鶏より飼育日数が長い、「親鳥」を使用。
肉の旨味としっかりとした歯応えが特徴です。
