先日パティシエ・エイジ・ニッタに行った際

せっかくだから近くでランチしよう
ということで探していたら
良さげな中華を発見したので行ってみました。
陳餐閣
というお店で読み方もよくわからないまま
向かうことに笑
どうやら「チンサンカク」と読むみたいで
西宮のお店が本店のようですが
芦屋にもお店があるみたいです。
メインを選べるいろんな味が
楽しめるコースがあったので
そちらをオーダー。
お粥のコースもあるのですが
私はあまり柔らかい米がそんなに好きじゃないので
メインを五種類から一品を選んで
炒飯かライスを選べるコースに。
もちろん炒飯をオーダー笑
特にメインで選んだ油淋鶏と、卵スープが
絶品でしたね。
専用の駐車場はなく
近くのコインパーキングに
駐車するのですが
店内も芦屋マダムらしき人や
お金持ちっぽい人、年配の人たちで
12時になるまでにほぼ満席。
3000円くらいで高級中華を味わえるって
かなりコスパいいですね。
ブランディングは
良いように見せる
儲かってるように見せる
ではありません。
【差別化して記憶に残ってもらう】
ことがブランディングです。
高級中華とコスパのギャップとか
上海のホテルで修行を積んだシェフがおられるとか
豪華な店内とか
差別化ポイントいっぱいなので
人気が出るのは納得ですね。
