We start our restaurant business by making dashi broth every day! Kombu (kelp), hana-katsuo (dried bonito), Urume Iwashi (Urume Iwashi), mechika (Japanese anchovy), and goblin from the southern part of Hokkaido, plus seasonings are added to finish the dish. The daikon radish and handmade chicken tsukune are popular. For first-time customers, we recommend selection 6 kinds of "dandan mori". Oden is available year-round, and in summer, we also offer "cold oden," which is oden broth served in a cold jus. Summer vegetables such as tomatoes, zucchini, and okra are used to create a beautiful and colorful dish.

There are many recommended menu items, such as ``Sawara no Tataki'', which is served with various condiments such as ponzu sauce, grated ginger, and grated maple leaves, and ``Lotus Root Manju'', which has an excellent chewy texture and offers a taste unique to our restaurant. ``Dote-yaki'', which is easy-to-eat skewered pieces of melt-in-your-mouth beef, is also recommended. Simmered in special miso sauce, oden stock added, and Japanese pepper added. The sweetness of white miso, the flavor of dashi, and the accent of Japanese pepper go perfectly together. About 20 types of sake are always available. The brand changes depending on the season, so one of the attractions is that you can enjoy new flavors every time you visit. Freshly squeezed in the New Year, and chilled and grated in the fall. Sake is generally served in wine glasses, and if more than one person orders, we will serve it in your favorite choco. Other cocktails we recommend include the ``Shukugawa Sakura Lemonade,'' which is pink in color and looks gorgeous. We have about 12 to 13 types of shochu made from potatoes, barley, and rice.

There is a signboard at the entrance of the building, and our store has a hideaway-like atmosphere. The red curtain at the top of the stairs is a landmark. The interior of the store has a Japanese-style feel filled with the warmth of wood. We have spacious counter seats and table seats that are comfortable for even one person. [Dandan], which is also the name of the restaurant, means "thank you" in the dialect of the San'in region. We welcome you every day with a feeling of gratitude.
