Lunch time at Ramen [Menya Shiraboshi] near the station, a 1-minute walk from the south exit of JR Koshien Exit. The first floor was full, so I went to a table on the second floor. I've been moving all morning and I'm hungry. What I received was Uobushi Tonkotsu Ramen for 950 yen and Kimchi Fried Rice set for an additional 400 yen ❤︎ Oolong tea or extra rice served at lunch time! Since I'm also going to eat fried rice, I'll pass on the extra noodles and have oolong tea.♫ I had a choice of straight or curly Ramen noodles, so I went for straight ❤︎ The soup looked thick at first glance, but when I drank it, I found it had a unique richness to tonkotsu. The soup stock is surprisingly light and delicious without the graininess of the fish flakes coming to the fore (〃ω〃) The mellow and pleasant soup is accented with chopped onions and you can drink it as much as you want ♫ Straight with soup. The noodles are also my favorite type ❤︎ The char siu with just the right amount of fat is soft and delicious ❤︎ The fluffy kimchi fried rice has a strong Ramen flavor, so it might have been better to have regular fried rice ♪ ``Red ginger, garlic, chives with mustard miso, paper apron. Other, please feel free to ask the staff if you would like to reheat Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) soup or add sauce to the mixed soba.♫ You can also access the store by car◯ There is a parking lot affiliated with Times. ♫ Thank you for the meal☆
