大将さん、日本酒あまり呑まれないそうですが、丹山酒造さん取り扱いあったり、なかなか良いラインナップ。
付きだしがお洒落な一口盛り合わせなのは女子受けいいかも。
鯖のへしこ食べたことないと言ったら、付きだしに一切れ入れてくださいました。
鯖のへしこ、福井や丹後の方の伝統食材らしくて、間人や伊根の辺りでお土産でありましたが、クセ強そうで買う勇気がなかったので、ありがたいです。
お刺身の盛り合わせもホタルイカあったり、シマアジあったり、ありがたい。
ちょっとしたお願い（量半分にして等）も聞いてくれるそうなので、一人でふらっと入るのにも向いてるかも？
オコゼの唐揚げ、画像を撮ってないですが、食べやすいように、切られてました。
また、ポン酢がかかっていたと思います。
これは好き嫌い分かれるかも…

またぼんじりも珍しく唐揚げありましたが、2個目の揚げ物のせいもあってか、胃もたれ気味になってしまいました。
〆に薬膳粥頂きましたが、冷凍ご飯の使用は置いておいて、何となくカイノクチさんの薬膳粥を思い出して頼んでみましたが、
呑んだ後のさっぱり目を意識してか、塩分が
かなり控え目でした。
鶏ガラスープの旨味出すならもう少し入っている方が好きかなぁ…
いい食材が見受けられるのに、そんなに高くないので、コスパで考えるといいお店だと思います。
