Our famous ``Assorted Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)'' is made with ``Kyoto red chicken'' that is carefully prepared in-house and prepared one by one. The yakitori is grilled using ``Kamitosa Bincho charcoal,'' which makes the yakitori crispy and full of chicken flavor.
