The charcoal used is ``Uezuchisa Bincho charcoal'', which is said to give the yakitori a crispy finish and envelop the flavor! The tender and juicy chicken is ``Kyoto Red Chicken'', which is plump and has little extra fat, making it easy to eat.Each piece is perfectly grilled and the skewers are made with extra care, and you can feel the restaurant's commitment to it. Each skewer is large, so it's filling and the flavor spreads in your mouth, making you want to keep eating it forever!
