"Edomae eel" carefully grilled by a skilled chef. It is slowly steamed and then grilled over the perfect heat, giving it a fluffy and soft texture. Please enjoy this special dish, paired with our special sauce. We only use domestically produced eels from Isshiki, Mikawa.
