西宮ガーデンズの鰻屋さん「かわ祥」さんへ１人で行きました。
去年、最初に行った時は、店内に僕１人しかいませんでしたが、今日は年金支給日だったこともあり、満席で２０分ぐらい待って入店しました。
４９５０円の「うな重（特上）」を注文しました。
鰻の量で、上、特上、極と名前が変わりますが、使用している鰻は全く同じです。
お店に入ると温かいほうじ茶が提供されましたが、冷たいお水もお願いしました。
ご飯の量は、無料で、普通、大盛、少な目から選べます。
また、２００円追加すると「お吸い物」が「肝吸い」に変更できますが、個人的には小さい鰻の肝が１つ入っているだけだったので、今回は普通のお吸い物にしました。
満席でしたが、それほど長い時間待つことなく、うな重が運ばれてきました。
ふっくら肉厚というよりは、表面がパリっと焼かれた美味しい鰻です。
鰻のタレは、最初から控えめにかけられていますが、テーブルに鰻のタレと山椒があるので、味が薄い場合は自分でかけれます。
鰻屋さんだなあと思う美味しい国産鰻で、専門店にしてはリーズナブルな方だと思います。
ご飯を大盛でお願いしたので、特上（１尾）の量でバランスよくお腹いっぱいになりました。
セットのお漬物の「奈良漬け」もとても美味しかったです。
店内も、すごくキレイで、１人でも家族でも、ゆっくりくつろげると思います。
次に行くことがあれば、４２９０円の「白焼き」を単品で注文してみたいです。
