キレイなピンク色のトンカツ。
凄く柔らかくて美味しかったです。
店主のこだわりがつまってます。
低音であげているせいか熱々ではない。個人的には高温で調理した方が好みではある。東京の有名店に比べるとこれといって評価するべき所はない。
サクサクの衣とジューシーなお肉で肉の旨みをしっかり感じることができます。ブランド塩がとても美味しかったです。
それぞれの豚の旨みや香りを感じることが出来るハイレベルなトンカツ。
暖かい接客をしてくださる店主も相まって素晴らしいお店でした♬
とんかつは隠れメニューでヘレとロースのミックスを、お願いしました。レア感がすごく、塩でほんと美味しかったです。
アルコールメニューが少ないのが残念かなー。ワインも置いてほしいです。
スッキリした店内に細やかな配慮にセンスの良い器
お料理もとても美味しくいただきました。こんなに柔らかい豚は初めてでした。
とても美味しかったです。久々の豚カツ大ヒットでした。
あと、豚カツは勿論ですが、ささみのふわふわ加減がやばいですね…どうやったらあんなに柔らかくなるんだろう。。。

待ち時間の手持ち無沙汰かな。
