The pork Pork Cutlet are made with high-quality pork, including those from Gunma Prefecture, and are deep-fried at low temperatures to create a fluffy and soft texture. The moderately pink cross section whets the appetite. The popular roast is ``TOKYOX,'' which is known for its sweet fat and fine-grained meat. For the fillet, we recommend Matsusaka pork from Mie Prefecture, which has a strong meat flavor, as well as Kinbo pork from Awaji Island.The game-like taste is unique to wild pigs, which are a cross between pigs and wild boars. Enjoy this masterpiece that concentrates the flavor of the ingredients.

We are particular about not only the main Meat Dishes, but also the seasonings and rice. Two types of salt are available as garnishes so that you can enjoy the sweetness of the pork fat. The light pink salt is a special blend of 25 types of rock salt. We compared different brands of rice and used Koshihikari rice from Hyogo Prefecture, which goes best with pork Pork Cutlet. The Pork Cutlet and rice go perfectly with the salt, and the pickles are sure to keep you using your chopsticks. Refills of rice are free, so feel free to do so ◎
