美味しいとんかつが食べたくなり、以前から近所の気になるお店としてマークしていたぶたしょうさんに伺いました。
店長さん1人のワンオペで、お肉のストック量も限られる事から、ふらっと訪問できる感じではなく、予約しての訪問が基本です。
とんかつへのこだわりを物凄く感じるお店で、とんかつを揚げるのに30分くらいかかるため、予約の段階で注文しておくとスムーズです。
臭みのない美味しい豚肉を楽しむという感じなので、ガッツリとんかつでご飯やキャベツをたくさん食べたいというニーズには合わないと思います。ちなみに、キャベツにかけるドレッシングはごま油の風味が効いていて非常に美味です。また、とんかつ用に提供される塩までこだわりがあり、二十種以上の岩塩をブレンドした塩とウユニ塩湖の塩を出してくれます。
良いものを落ち着いた空間でじっくり楽しみたい大人にはオススメです。（ただし、子供用のメンチカツ定食も肉が良いのでかなり美味しいです）
