阪急夙川駅から徒歩5分程にあるこちらのお店に伺いました。土曜日の13時頃に伺いましたが、すぐにカウンターに案内していただきました。
■店雰囲気
•落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりできます。
•とても清潔感があり◎
•スタッフは2人でサービスも問題なし。
■注文メニュー
ヒレ膳 三重県産松阪豚 3,300円
•低温でじっくり火入れをするようで、注文から20分くらい待つようです。
•岩塩、紀伊水道の塩の2種類！
•ご飯はおかわり自由です！
■味感想
お肉はレアの仕上がりで輝いて見え、見た目からとても美味しそうです。塩をかけて食べます。お肉のジューシーさと甘み旨みに大変感動しました。衣が薄いためお肉の味をしっかり感じることができ、いい感じに絡んで美味しくいただけます。とんかつの概念が本当に変わります！
■全体感想
レベルの高さに大変驚きました。今まで食べたとんかつの中で1番と言っては過言ではないくらい、美味しかったです。ここは是非訪れてほしいお店です。私もこれから是非通いたいと思います。
