低温調理の、松坂豚のヒレとTOKYO Xのロースのハーフ&ハーフをいただきました。
ゴールデンウィークの最中、オープンと同時に予約なしで訪問。お休み中だからか、空いていました。
低温調理をした柔らかく、あっさりとしたトンカツ。
私好みでした。
塩は2種類ありましたが、私にはわからなくてw
わかる人はきっとわかります。多分。
美味しかったです。
