東京Xのトンカツをいただきたくて、ぶたしょうさんに訪問させていただきました。
広島の福山市にある豚笑(とんしょう)さんと関係あるかは不明ですが、負けず劣らずの美味しさでした。
TOKYO Xは相変わらずの美味さ。
今回は松坂豚のヒレとのハーフ。
松坂豚は柔らかくジューシーで甘いです。
ほうじ茶プリンは食後後によく合います。
接客もかなり良かったです。
美味しく頂きました。
