夙川で気になっていたお店ですが、車で前を通過するけど、徒歩で通過する事は少なく、行けずじまいになっていました。実はお店の裏に広めの駐車場があるという事がわかり、ハンバーグを食べたい気分でもあったため、伺ってみました。
結論、料理はどれもハイレベルで、ハンバーグだけでなく
ピザやグラタンも十分に美味しかったです。特にピザは、生地厚めではありますが、生地に負けないしっかりした具材に、コクのあるチーズも乗っていて食べ応えがありました。釜焼きの香ばしい匂いも食欲をそそりますし、タバスコの代わりに、篠ソース（京都ハバネロ）が付いてくるのですが、タバスコよりも酸味や香りが抑えられていて、上品なタバスコ（和風のタバスコ）という感じで、ピザにとてもマッチして、トータルで本当に美味しかったです。
残念ながらお値段については、ランチですが、ドリンク無しでも1人2000〜3000円という感じなので、ややお高めです。
