今日のランチは、今年の4月にオープンした甲子園口から徒歩3分くらいの『CUCINA ITARIANA SAKAI』さんにお邪魔しました。
シャッターが降りてるやんと思いましたが、お店は2階でちゃんと営業されていました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
他のお客さんは、全員、女性！
調理をされる場所が丸見えのカウンター席に着席してのオーダーは、『気まぐれランチセット』です。
●前菜3種の盛合せ
通常の前菜メニューからセレクトして提供してくれています。
サーモンマリネ、ナスのミント風味マリネ、ジャガイモのフリッタータの3種。
サーモンも厚めでクリームチーズとの組み合わせもいいです。
ジャガイモのフリッタータに添えられたトマトソースが美味しくて左手ぐーです。このソースを食べてこのお店、美味しいのがわかりました！
●ジャガイモのスープ
これまた、美味しいですねー。
濃厚なジャガイモと何かのスパイス、、
●パスタ
舞茸とオリーブのトマトソースパスタ。
量もたっぷりありますし、先ほどのトマトソースがベースになっていますのでめちゃくちゃ美味しい。ちょっと辛めなのもクセになります！
●メイン
牛バラ肉の赤ワイン煮込み。
ホールのかわいい女性から、明日からしばらくお休みなので、多目にしておきました。と、、ありがたい気配りです。
お肉もホロホロで、ワインの風味も強くて美味しい。また付け合せのナスとミニトマトのソテーが気に入りました！
●デザートとドリンク
デザートは、ティラミスでした。
ドリンクはホットコーヒーをお願いしました。
美味しくて、それにお腹いっぱいになりました。男性シェフと女性2人で運営されていましたが、皆さん、ほんと気配りのできる方で気分よく食事ができ、大満足です！
明日から内装の手直しのため2週間ほどお休みとの事です。
また再訪したいお店です。
