忘年会シーズンに行きましたが、満席でもないのに、オペレーションが全く回っておらず、飲み物がでるまで15分以上かかりました。（それも声をかけてやっと持ってきてもらえました）
料理も全然出てこなくて、途中からはオーダーを断られる状況に。（女性店員になぜか逆ギレ気味に言われました）
さらに会計してびっくりしたのは、年末料金が追加されてたこと。あのサービスで追加料金なら、繁忙期には避けるのが良いと思いました。
（料理は美味しいので、空いてる時なら良いと思います）
