Our Teppan-yaki is not Osaka-style or Hiroshima-style, but recreates the taste of the owner's hometown of Amagasaki. ``Modern Yaki'' is a highly recommended dish that is served with our original gochujang-based sweet and spicy sauce, ``Yangnin Sauce''! It comes with an egg on top and you can add more toppings if you like.
