昔、伊丹の国道171号線沿いに伊丹店がまだあった時以来二回目の芦屋らーめんにやって参りました！！こちらのお店は初訪です。
国道2号線ラーメン戦争の火付け役と謳われております！
昔とは違いメガ盛りメニュー等あり、ラーメンの種類も増えている感じ(-ω- ?)
さて頼んだのは創業35年のお味！「もと醤油」の芦屋らーめんとごはん(小)です！！
具材はトッピングした味玉(別皿)の他にネギ、もやし、薄めのチャーシューですね。
14時間かけて炊き込んだらしい手作りスープは、豚骨、鶏、たっぷり野菜に醤油ダレが合わさりTHE醤油豚骨って感じで昔ながらのウマイやつ！

自家製細ストレート麺はツルシコパッツリ食感で、歯触りもよくスープとよく絡みGOOD！！
チャーシューはペライですがこれはこれで美味しい！
個人的に懐かしさを感じる味わいの美味しい一杯でしたわ(*´∀`)
