JR芦屋を南に行き、2号線を渡ったすぐカドにある、焼き鳥「げん家」さん。100円ローソンの向かい側ですね。駅前では無いので知る人ぞ知るといった感じ(笑)。
焼き鳥好きとしては以前から気になっていたものの、店内が外からは見えず、どんな雰囲気のお店か分からないのでなかなか入る勇気がありませんでした(笑)
中は間接照明でおしゃれな感じです。オトナな感じとでもいいましょうか。でも子供さんがいても大丈夫だと思います。
かわ・ずり・きも・せせり、などをオーダー。塩・タレ選べますが、ほぼ塩でお願いしました。
限定メニューと書かれている、鳥ホルモン串・はつもと、は共に売り切れ(残念！)。次回チャレンジしたいと思います。
お味のほうは・・・、お肉はもちろん、焼き加減もちょうど良く、美味しかったです！
日本酒や焼酎も珍しい銘柄も含め、各種品揃えがあり、こだわられているようでしたので、この点も気に入りました。
店長さんは30代でしょうか。とても好感の持てる感じでした。
(変な意味ではなく)JR芦屋の周りで「まさや」さん以外のタイプの焼き鳥を食べたい方にオススメです。
近くには「ふうりんラーメン」や「芦屋ラーメン」もありますので、飲んだあとも便利ですし(笑)
