The fish we use is fresh, natural fish from Akashi and Awaji Island fishing ports kept in the store's cages, the chicken we use is only female Tamba chicken from Hyogo Prefecture, the pork we use is Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, and the beef we use is Kuroge Wagyu beef from Hokkaido. We provide carefully selected ingredients that are even more delicious.
