Since we are directly managed by Toriyoshi, a chicken specialty store, we purchase whole chickens, disassemble them, and do everything we can to make them skewered.
Drink■We are particular about Japanese sake! We change it regularly.
Currently, our restaurant offers various types of sake that go well with yakitori (mainly pure rice sake) on a regular basis. The prices are reasonable, so feel free to enjoy yakitori and local sake.
