関西屈指の高級住宅エリア「芦屋」で愛され続けるお店が「芦屋ぷりん」だ。
まずは食材へのこだわりが素晴らしい。
ストレスを与えず飼料にこだわり大事に育てられた牛から搾った牛乳、卵、滑らかさのカギとなる生クリームは九州から取り寄せている。
さて、今回頂いたのはスタンダードな「カスタード」。
原材料は、牛乳・卵・生クリーム・砂糖と極限までシンプルなものとなっている。
口どけが滑らかで、プリンはとろっと口の中に優しく広がり撫でる。牛乳と生クリームの風味が良く、思わずプリンの優しさに肩を預けたくなる。
手土産に絶対喜ばれること間違いなし。
