今回は団体宴会で、気がつけば写真撮り忘れてたので、テキストのみにて
前菜3種盛りは柔らかく仕上げた鶏ハムなど一口サイズで食べやすい一品
カルパッチョは白身と青魚かな？特製ソースと野菜の彩りも良し
フリットはシーフード。団体の利用でしたが、ベチャッとならず揚がっており、丁寧なお仕事です
キッシュは間違いない美味しさ。出す前に軽く炙ってるのか、温かくかつ香り良し
アヒージョはアサリとオクラ。たっぷりのオリーブオイルでバケットいただけました
魚は白身のフリットでした。櫛切りのレモンが良い感じ
アンガスビーフのグリエは赤身で火通しナイス。お肉の味が楽しめます
締めのパスタも鳥ミンチでソースはシンプル。でも良い味でした
今回、人気1番と言うアンガスビーフのついたコースを予約。お洒落な店の雰囲気、一品一品のクオリティ考えても飲み放題付きでコスパは十分と思います。品数多いですがありがちなポテトフライやサラダでボリュームを出すのではなく、一品一品美味しく、小さめサイズなので食べ切れます。ボリュームも十分でした
当日に一人来れなくなったのですが、昼に連絡して、キャンセル対応いただけました。こう言うのは幹事にはありがたいです
ただ、飲み放題はビールではなく金麦なので、ビール党はご注意。とは言え、グラスワインやハイボールは普通に美味しかったです
お店は料理に加えドリンクもこだわりっぽかったので、団体の宴会より、少人数でアラカルトを楽しむのがオススメかと思いました。神泡や、ボトルワインに後ろ髪引かれつつ。。。またの訪問を検討します
