よく通る道沿いに開店された新しいお店の案内をもらい
「ととろ豚」なる未知の豚に興味を持った家族と訪問しました。
店内は半個室のように各テーブルが壁で仕切られており
全体的に暗い色使いです。
お店の売りである、「ととろ豚」を使ったお料理を数種注文しました。
・冷しゃぶサラダ
・角煮
・真空調理の肩ロース
・麻婆豆腐
うーーん、どれもいたって普通。
角煮はとろとろというほどの煮込み度合いでない。
真空調理されたお肉はしっとりしていますが、柚子胡椒以外の味が無い。
麻婆豆腐はととろ豚を使用しているか不明ですが、辛くないので
子供でも食べることができます。

きゅうり梅和え、ごぼうの唐揚、手羽先唐揚げ、ネギだれの奴、普通の奴
バーニャカウダ。
ま、普通。
〆にごはんものを３種。
ぐるなび受賞ごはん：ととろ豚肉みそとお豆腐の尼めし
うーん、黒酢が強く、うーん。
梅茶漬け
黒烏龍茶かジャスミン茶の選択ができます。が、梅に合うの？と思い
普通のお茶にしてもらいました。
海鮮チャーハン
オーダーした中で一番。これはへたな中華料理店のものより
美味しいと思いました。
生ビール４杯で合計14000円
全般的に、チェーン店にありがちな居酒屋さんという印象でした。
