5 minutes walk from JR Ashiya Station. I visited Utage, a restaurant that connects people with food. I had decided to go to this restaurant because a follower had previously written a review that looked delicious. All of the restaurants are semi-private rooms, so you can eat slowly without worrying about being seen.・Contest winner lunch 1,700 yen Meat miso and tofu rice soup Soup Fried chicken Braised braised avocado cream sauce Small dish salad Dessert (jelly) The salad came first. The sesame dressing is rich and delicious. It has a wonderfully crispy texture, so I guess it's not made in advance. Refills of salad are free. All of them were delicious, so I'd like to tell you about the one that particularly impressed me. Fried chicken seasoned with bonito mayonnaise sauce. Bonito and chicken...? I was skeptical, but it was amazing how the plain chicken turned into rich meat. The texture was crunchy, but it was so delicious that it felt like I was eating a chunk of meaty flavor. Kakuni is of course delicious, but the avocado sauce is also delicious! The sauce has a rich peanut-like flavor and is exquisite. We enjoyed a lunch featuring contest-winning works. I have just one request...Would the soup be miso soup? I would like to drink it piping hot, so I would be happy if you could listen to my request. The soup was crisply chilled, but I don't like miso soup that is cold, so I understand that this is a consideration from the restaurant.
