若竹煮。旬の味覚を出してくれるのが嬉しい。
定番のブリ刺身が一人前に足りなかったので半分鯛で。これが絶品。お得した気分。
黒メバル煮付け。徐々に魚の種類が充実してきたのが嬉しい。
春の味覚 いかなごのくぎ煮。毎年解禁後に自家製のものを出してくれます。
