4月の桜の頃、道の両側に咲く満開の桜並木を見つつ歩いておりこちらのお店を発見しました。
店先で桜を見つつ食べることも出来るようですが、さすがに夜は肌寒く店内が賑わっています。
驚いたことにこちらのお店は3時まで営業と、かなり遅くのニーズにも対応して頂けるところが嬉しいですね。
カウンターとテーブルの基本居酒屋風なのですがそこは芦屋だけあって？少しお洒落です。
メニューは季節の鮮魚中心に結構充実しています。
ビールで乾杯しつつ付き出しを頂きます。
[春野菜のサラダ(750円)]
この頃より野菜を最初に食べるように心がけて最初にサラダを頂きました。
結構たっぷりの新鮮野菜がシャキシャキで美味しかったです。
ドレッシングもたっぷりで味も良かったです。ドレッシングの少ないサラダは個人的にはそんなに好きでないので嬉しいですね。
[お造り盛合わせ 5種(1300円)]
こちらのお店は鮮魚が売りなので看板的メニューの1つではないでしょうか。
この日の内容はほたるいか、生がき、鰆、鯛、のれそれでした。
どれも旬で新鮮で美味しかったです。お造りの美味しいお店は期待が持てますね。
[アボガド西京漬け(550円)]
アボガド料理って結構レシピ色々有り、好き嫌いははっきりしますがそれなりにどれも美味しいですよね。
そんな中でも西京漬けは珍しいのでは？と思います。
食べてみるとアボガドって醤油のような和の調味料にも合うから西京漬けにしても味を損なうことは無いんですよね。
食感は当たり前ですがアボガドそのものですが、味は完全に和風です。
焼酎なんかにも意外に合いそうです。
[肉厚椎茸の山掛け酒盗焼き(750円)]
こちらも何だか変わった感じが想像されます。
厚めで美味しい椎茸が濃い味の出汁(酒盗ベースなので）でホイル焼きにされています。
味が濃いのですが、山芋がマイルドにしてくれてお酒のつまみにはピッタリの一品です。
[合鴨のしゃぶしゃぶ小鍋/鰆のしゃぶしゃぶ小鍋]
こちらのお店の鮮魚と並んで看板メニューなのが大小様々な季節の鍋です。
この時期の小鍋として合鴨、鰆、ほたるいかのしゃぶしゃぶが有りました。
折角なので合鴨と鰆を頂きました。1～2名様のほんの小鍋なので飲んだ後や食べた後でも気張らずに頼めます。
まだ寒い時期だったので出汁が身体に染みて暖まります。
同じしゃぶしゃぶでもくぐらせる出汁はそれぞれに違って具材でも大きく味が異なってきます。
合鴨はやや濃い目で鴨の出汁が出てコクが有ります。
鰆はさっぱりしていても鴨とは違うコクが有ります。
どちらも甲乙付けがたいけど、色々食べた後にはサッパリしている鰆かなぁ。
〆に350円追加でうどんかリゾットに出来るそうなので鰆でうどん頂きました。
出汁の効いた贅沢なうどんで美味しかったです。
遅くまでこれだけの物が食べれるのは有難たく便利ですよね。
