店名『こぱん』copanはフランス語で特別な友人という意味。
店主さんの笑顔が素敵､何を食べても美味しくて､店名通り特別なお店になりそう✨
濃い茶色のビジュアルの串揚げは､牛脂100％のヘットという酸化しない油を使用。
ローストされた香りの強いパン粉。
20回の試作で作られたソースは、1人1つずつ提供され2度漬けOK。
やみつきぶっかけ鶏南蛮は本当にヤミツキになるほど、絶品❤️
15種類のハイボールと旬の果実を使ったサングリアやサワーも。
