Each shabu shabu menu set always includes 15 seasonal vegetables. This set is packed with the blessings of nature, and is recommended for those who don't usually eat vegetables. No preservatives added. A proprietary blend of 3 types of peeled sesame seeds is slowly aged for 20 days. We are proud of Senri Shabuchin, which we have been making honestly for 50 years. Enjoy the sticky, rich flavor of sesame and the perfect balance of meat.
