1階には円卓テーブルとカウンター席、2階にはテーブルが3つあり、今回は2階テーブル席でランチコースを頂いた。2階は静かで、落ち着いて食事が出来る雰囲気、1階は厨房が見えて、活気のある雰囲気を楽しめると思う。
料理はどれもとても美味しかった。一品一品、創意工夫に富んでおり、他の店にはない独創的な味付けや素材の組み合わせでありながら、それらが上手く調和して、1つの料理として完成している。バランスが素晴らしい。この店でしか食べられない料理の数々を堪能した。
ホールスタッフの対応も素晴らしく、楽しい会話もこのお店の魅力だと思う。
また再訪したい…

I had a lunch course at the counter seat. Last time, I enjoyed a quiet meal at a table on the second floor, but this time I sat at a counter on the first floor, so I was able to watch the food being prepared live and enjoy a conversation with the wife. The food is simply delicious. The carefully sourced vegetables are juicy and fresh, and the warm vegetables cooked over wood have a nice aroma and go well with the homemade butter dressing. The meat is aged several days in advance and then cooked over a wood-fired method for two hours. It's very soft, has a concentrated flavor, and has a nice aroma. Unlike charcoal grilling, it has a unique aroma that wafts through your nose. The master is challenged with combining various ingredients and cooking methods, and pursues original dishes that can only be found at this restaurant, so you can enjoy one-of-a-kind dishes. It seems that his wife, who is very picky about her tastes, has sampled the food...This is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy not only delicious but creative dishes. I want to visit again...
