A restaurant has opened in Ashiya that serves affordable Sushi that is common in the Umeda and Namba areas, as well as creative Sushi with a modern twist. To put it in an easy-to-understand way, it's raw meat topped with sea urchin or some other amount. Actually, I like creative writing quite a bit, so I tend to try things out, but to be honest, I'm often disappointed. At first glance, there are many menu items that make you want to try them, but when you actually eat them, it doesn't seem that way. This is probably the case as well. The store and food are kept clean, so it's not that bad. There was no meat Sushi, but I had Awaji beef tataki, eel with sansho butter, etc. At first glance, you might expect it, but when you eat it...it's the same thing, and when you think about it, it's simply what you would expect if regular Sushi were not good enough. I think it's good for light picking, but it's not satisfying for eating, so I cut it out early. There are still very few shops like this in Ashiya, so there may be a demand for them.
