[Hankyu Takarazuka Line Yamamoto Station South Exit Famous for a shop you'll want to visit again and again!]
Miyakko Ramen is a 7-minute drive from the south exit of Yamamoto Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. They offer a system where you can have freshly made Ramen served right away. The soup is based
...on pork bone soy sauce, which is not too thick but has enough punch and aroma. It is rather light, so you won't feel heavy even if you eat a lot. The standard Miyakko Ramen is standard, but it is very filling, with a mountain of pork slices, green onions, and bean sprouts. The pork slices are so voluminous that you can't see the noodles or soup. The pork slices are thinly sliced with a lot of meat, and the taste is just right, so you can eat as much as you want. Other offer Cold Noodles, which are only available in the summer, and Chinese cabbage Ramen, which is only available in the winter. The fried rice and Gyoza / Dumpling on the side dishes are also exceptional when eaten with Ramen. The fragrant fried rice and the crispy, moist Gyoza / Dumpling are a must-try.
