年長の友人にご馳走になったので，CPは分かりません．３の平均にしておきました．
当日は別注の仕入れだった模様で，素材は申し分の無いものでした．
刺身や伊勢海老など，上等なものが並びました．これは☆４つつきます．
ただ，『料理』としては至って凡庸なものです．美味しいといえるレベルにありますが，当日の仕入れに助けられている．
コースの流れとしては，『和の割烹』というものでもない．
上等のおかずあるいは肴が出てくる．
メニュー的には，『晩御飯』を上等にしたものであって，調理の冴えや驚きを伝えるものではありませんでした．
ベーコン入りのサラダや牡蠣フライなどは，ここで無ければ・・・と言う類のものではありません．
どうやら，問題があるとすれば『費用対効果＝CP』なのでしょう？
通常の仕入れの料理群が価格に見合っていない・・という事なのでしょうか？
レベル以上の調理だとは思いますが，対価ほどの感動が無いのだろうと推測されます．
結論はとりあえず’ペンディング’．
『自腹』で食べてみてから最終の結論を出したいと思っています．
