The artisan-made Hakata bite-sized Gyoza / Dumpling is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. All ingredients used are domestically produced. We carefully select fresh vegetables grown by contracted farmers and only use vegetables that are safe and secure to eat. Takizuki's ``Honeri Gyoza / Dumpling'' are made by hand one by one by our craftsmen in pursuit of Gyoza / Dumpling that will be loved by many people.

Kizuki offers a wide variety of Kyushu cuisine, mainly from Hakata. We are particular about making soy sauce from Kyushu, and choose the one that is most suitable for the dish. Please enjoy the real "Hakata".
