...zuka Revue. The "dashi" is made with great care by the head chef who trained at a hotel in Kobe. The ramen that makes use of this dashi is a dish that is rarely seen in Japanese restaurants. You can also enjoy yellowtail shabu-shabu/fugu hotpot in a small pot. ■A set menu is available only for lunch (11:00-14:30). It costs 1,500-2,000 yen with sashimi and dessert. ■Banquet plan reservations can be made for 4-20 people (private reservation for 16 people or more). All-you-can-drink is 1,500 yen, and courses are available from 4,000 yen and up according to your budget. Please use it for New Year's parties and class reunions.
