The food is elaborate. The taste is good, but the portions are small. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, clean and spacious. There is no appetizer. First, a sashimi platter of two kinds for 900 yen. Three slices each of yokowa and sawara. It's delicious, but the portions are not enough. Next, sashimi of pacific saury for 750 yen. Half is raw, the other half is seared. It comes with soy sauce, salt, and chrysanthemum leaf soy sauce. The chrysanthemum leaf soy sauce is delicious. This alone is enough to go with sake. Fried food is octopus sumi-age for 900 yen. Octopus wrapped in a jet black batter. It is very soft when you eat it. Salt-grilled Awaji chicken for 1300 yen. Tamagoyaki for 700 yen. I think the reason people order this is because they feel that the volume is a little lacking and want to make up for it with the tamagoyaki. Conger eel shabu-shabu for 1500 yen. It's delicious. It's only one portion, but the volume is small. I didn't have any rice. The drinks were beer and sake, 150ml of Junmai Ginjo from Niigata's Jozen-Nyosui for 850 yen, plus today's special offer of 300ml of Kamozuru for 800 yen. The total was 9050 yen for two people. It was a little unsatisfying, but everything was delicious.
