Our store only handles high-quality, fresh brand beef such as Iga beef, Yamagata beef, and Manyo beef. Recommended dishes include sirloin, which is soft and elegant, and has a rich flavor of fat, healthy skirt steak with just the right amount of chew, and red meat, Ichibo, which has a rich flavor. Wasabi and salted seaweed bring out the flavor and richness of the wagyu beef. We also offer homemade white miso-based sauces and soy sauce sauces.
