遅くにご飯を食べるため、深夜まで開いてる店を探して見つけた焼き鳥屋さんを訪問。場所は阪急武庫之荘駅徒歩圏内のビル１階。店内は喫煙席と禁煙席が分かれており、喫煙者には嬉しいお店。
注文は鶏つくり盛り合わせ、キモの塩とタレ、焼鳥8種盛り合わせ、チャンジャおにぎり、出汁巻き玉子、ニンニク素揚げ、鶏ホルモン焼き、鶏雑炊、醤油ラーメン。
鶏つくり盛り合わせは、鶏キモが濃厚です。
キモは好きなので別注で塩とタレで1本ずつ。
焼鳥8種盛り合わせはしお4種、タレ4種。
チャンジャおにぎりはチャンジャの塩辛さんがおにぎりに合っておすすめです。
だし巻き卵はよくある居酒屋メニュー。
ニンニク素揚げはニンニクがめちゃくちゃ大きくてインパクトあり。ジャガイモのようにホクホクしてます。
鶏ホルモン焼きは、モヤシ、ニラ、鶏ホルモンを炒めてます。
鶏雑炊は鶏の旨味が雑炊にしっかり出ておすすめ。
ラーメンは醤油味で具材はワカメ、モヤシ、ネギ。居酒屋のラーメンって感じで、本格的なラーメンを期待すると物足りない。
