久々の訪問でした。鱧しゃぶの予定でしたが、本日仕入れ無しとの事、残念無念、こちらの鱧しゃぶは絶品でしたのに次回に持ち越し！こちらのシステムは当日仕入れの食材を使い、刺し身、煮付、焼き、鍋等料理の仕方をオーダーします。今回の目玉は金目鯛を煮付けにしていただきました。まさに絶品！絶品、写真はとりませんでしたか、鯖、平目の刺身、サーロインステーキ、湯豆富、大変美味しく頂きました。
