魚は明石がいいね。鰹を勧められたけど血合いが黒くなりつつあったからタタキにしてもらった。香ばしくて美味しかったが、鰹はよそが良いかな。
煮付けも短時間でしっかり味がついて提供してくれます。クエのあらを食べた。煮付けは初めて。美味しかった。もっと攻めて食べられるそうな。常連さんが多く、和気あいあい。
