美味しい鰻をいただきに行ってきました。関西風で蒸さずにパリッと焼きあがった、香ばしい鰻です。
11時の開店に合わせて到着。2分前でしたが通して貰えました。暖かい店内はカウンター9席のみ。鰻を焼いているご主人と感じの良い女性のスタッフが1名。とてもこじんまりとしたお店です。
今回は上をいただきましたが、並でもかなり満足だと思います。上は1匹、並は5分の3の鰻がのってます。
タレは甘すぎずあっさりめ。美味しくってあっという間に食べ終わってしまいました。また行きたいです。
