パリッとした食感の関西風のうな重が人気のお店！
「うな重」（肝吸い付き 2500円）を注文！注文を受けてから鰻を丁寧に焼き上げるスタイル！蓋を開けると食欲をそそる香ばしい匂いが広がります個人的には蒸す工程のある関東風の方が好みですが、焼きのパリッと感と鰻のふわっと感も感じれる関西風も美味しかったです
