11時半頃伺いましたが先客無しで女性店員さんが慌ただしく弁当の準備をしていました。
店内は少し狭くてカウンターで6〜7人ってとこか。
うなぎ重(上)3800円を注文。高知県産のうなぎ使用と書いてあります。
20分ほどで配膳されました。いよいよご対面〜
敷き詰められたうなぎの蒲焼が美しい。見た目はいいですね〜。関西風なのでふわふわ感は少なめで。カリカリ感が強めです。うなぎ自体が小ぶりな感じですね。
やっぱり私は関東風が好みかな。
珍しく小骨も少し気になりました。
ごちそうさまでした。
