リピーターです。予約不可で完売が早いため、開店にあわせて突撃！
実はランチに行ったのですが臨時休業〜。どうしても食べたい衝動にかられ、夜に再訪問。
カウンター9席で満席になる小さな店内です。
（お持ち帰りは電話で予約できます)
いつもながら「旨い！」。完璧な焼き上げで、タレはベタッと甘すぎず、多すぎず。お米の炊き加減もタレに相性良く素晴らしい。私はテーブルの山椒をかけていただきます。ここの鰻重は関西風の王道〜と思える一杯です。このお重レベルなら他店だともっと高いお値段だと思います。
注文してから焼き上げるため、提供まで時間がかかりますので、お酒を一杯頂きます。今回は「う巻き」で合わせます。
前回は「白焼」でお酒を頂きましたがこれも良きです。
お酒はビールとタイプが異なる日本酒が5種類前後。品揃えは固定ではないので、説明書きを見ながら注文。
ワインはありません。
東京在住の私ですが、近くにあったら良いな〜と思える一軒です。
