特濃のラーメンを注文。
鶏なので、濃厚なのだけど後味がサッパリしていて
飲みやすいスープでした。
ポタージュという表現がぴったり。
麺は太麺で硬め。
お洒落にアスパラガス、エリンギとカイワレが乗ってました。
チャーシューはあっさり。
10分ほどで完食。
