夫婦で営んでいる尼崎の小さなパン屋です。
一つ一つ丁寧に作ることを心がけております。
ぜひ、ゆっくりと味わってください。
・熊本県産と北海道産の小麦を使用しています。
・有機レーズン酵母を使い12時間以上じっくりと発酵させています。
・パンにも焼き菓子にも卵を使用しておりません。
・なるべく無農薬のものを選び、クリームやジャムなども手作りしております。保存料は使っておりません。
