Yuyu also offers a variety of courses where you can enjoy Tempura tempura fried in rice oil! We use seasonal fish and vegetables, and you can enjoy the deliciousness overflowing with our special tempura soup. The tempura sauce uses kelp and awase flakes (ingredients used to make soup stock from iriko, mackerel, turmeric, mejika, etc.).
