注文内容
・もり蕎麦＋鱧&野菜天ぷら盛り合わせ1,750円
・お任せ天ぷらごはん（海老･鱧･とり天･鱚･お野菜）1,700円
うどん百名店毎回入選で近くに有る「うどん工房 悠々」さんの２号店がこちら。
うどん工房で頂ける美味しい天麩羅がこちらではコース料理だと本格天麩羅屋さん同様に一品一品揚げたてを提供してくれるスタイルです。
但し、本格天麩羅屋さんの目の前で揚げて、そのまま客先に出すと言うスタイルではなく調理場とカウンターは別です。
今回は初訪問で天麩羅のクオリティがどの程度か分からなかったので上記のセットメニューにしました。
天麩羅の衣は薄くサックサクの食感、魚は言うまでも無く、何より野菜がめっちゃ旨い！！
この点が美味しい天麩羅を提供するうどん屋、蕎麦屋さんと違う処ですね。
お蕎麦の方は「そば百名店」の味を知るとやはり蕎麦、出汁共に単調でつけたり感が歪めません。
本格的な天麩羅がこの価格で頂けるのは非常にコスパが高く、セットメニューよりもコース料理の方がより本格天麩羅を感じる事が出来るかと思います。
接客もやはり本格天麩羅屋さんを意識しているお店だけに親切丁寧な対応でした。
天麩羅の質、お店の雰囲気、サービス、価格とどれも満足度の高いお店でした。
